I just completed the first three portions of the The Great Erasmus Vegelbud Memorial Derby, the first/second riders and Luc Vegelbud, and all objectives in this quest show a queen checkmark but when I try to speak to the Race Master, he just goes "Hm?" and won't enter dialogue. From what I can tell the final opponent is supposed to be Cleaver, I'm not sure why it won't progress me.
